Payments & Account

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers. We also accept prepaid credit cards with a billing address attached. Unfortunately, we are unable to split payments between credit cards. All orders are subject to review.

Registering for an Mode in Australia account saves time and makes your life easier with quicker checkouts, even easier returns, and access to your full order history.

To track your parcel, follow these steps:
1. Find your tracking number in the confirmation email you received.
2. Go to the postal service website and enter the tracking number.
3. Alternatively, you can also text “POST TRACK” followed by your tracking number to receive the current status of your package. For example, send “POST TRACK RN841716348IN”.

Fit & Sizing

We are dedicated to ensuring our shirts fit and flatter all body types. All the shirts in our collection are true to size. Our size chart can help you choose the correct size. Please check the “How to measure a shirt” page to better understand our size chart.

We currently offer styling sessions by appointment only in Sydney, Australia. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

All of our collections are designed in Sydney, Australia, NSW. Our manufacturing takes place in Indonesia.

Returns & Exchanges

Mode in Australia items on SALE, and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. For questions, please contact us. For standard orders, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We charge a $17 fee for return shipping if you request a label from us. You may also ship via your preferred carrier or bring into Sydney studio for no additional fee. Product must be unworn and unwashed, original hangtags must be attached, and proof of payment must accompany each product. Head to our Contact Page to start the process.

All international orders are final sale—no returns or exchanges.

It takes about 1-2 weeks to process your refund. We’ll send you an email when we’ve received the item(s) and processed the refund.

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item. First of all, our sincerest apologies. You can contact us with details and we’ll make it right.

If we haven’t shipped it out yet, we’re happy to help with your order (cancellations, modifications, etc.). Just contact us, and we’ll handle it..

If you want to exchange your item for an alternate item, we suggest returning it and purchasing the new item separately. Please don’t combine returns from multiple orders in one package, otherwise your refund may be delayed. To avoid size and fit issues on future orders, refer to our size charts.

Note: Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your credit card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.

The product must be new, unused, and unwashed. Returns that are damaged, soiled, and/or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. All Mode in Australia hangtags must still be attached.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders in Australia.
Oversees standard shipping costs Au$20 via Australia Post and takes 7-14 business days. Express shipping is available for Au$28, with a delivery time of 3-7 business days plus order processing time.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and then the order will be sent with Australia Post.

If you need to expedite your order faster within Australia, you can contact us to request express shipping through Australia Post. The cost for this service is $28, and you can expect your delivery within 2-5 business days from the time of order processing.
