REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Refund and Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for standard orders. If you request a label from us, we charge a $17 fee for return shipping. You may also ship via your preferred carrier or bring the product into the Sydney studio for no additional cost.
The product must be new, unused, and unwashed. Returns damaged, soiled, and/or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. All Mode in Australia hangtags must still be attached.
Mode in Australia items are on sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. All international orders are final sale—no returns or exchanges.
For order cancellations, if we haven’t shipped them out yet, we’re happy to help with your order (cancellations, modifications, etc.). Just contact us and we’ll handle it.
Your refund will be processed in 1-2 weeks. We’ll email you when we’ve received the item(s) and processed the refund.
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, first of all, our sincerest apologies. You can contact us with details, and we’ll make it right.
